The technology reduces the shipping weight of bottled beverages by 96% and uses 84% less plastic. What is this role?

This Senior FP&A Analyst role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a key area of growth for the company. You’ll be part of a strategic team responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data and analyzing metrics that drive management decision-making. Financial analysis experience is required; experience in forecasting or financial information systems is strongly preferred.

• Taking Ownership: Working autonomously to enhance management reporting, owning high-impact deliverables.
• Making Decisions: Providing actionable insights and alternative perspectives through financial expertise on scheduled and ad-hoc initiatives.
• Cultivating Relationships: Building effective working relationships across the company and tailoring messaging to the audience.
• Instilling Trust: Ensuring diligence and attention to detail so other departments can rely on our financial analysis.
• Customer Focus: Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver accurate financial insights that support data-driven decisions and add value for internal partners and customers.

What background should you have?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or CMA is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years managing financial data; forecasting experience preferred.
• Experience managing a financial information system is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.); financial modeling is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
