Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Palantir Foundry AI Engineer to lead development of AI systems using LLMs within Palantir Foundry and DoW networks. You will architect, train, and deploy production-grade AI capabilities, integrating with Vantage, Ontology, and DoW pipelines.

You will collaborate across data science, engineering, and product teams in an Agile Scrum environment, refining requirements and delivering measurable AI outcomes for government missions.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active secret DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Assurance, CS, MIS or related; experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Architect, train, and fine-tune LLMs for enterprise use within Palantir Vantage.
• Develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and action on complex data workflows.
• Integrate AI models with Palantir Ontology, datasets, and operational pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Support DoW network platforms like Vantage and ADVANA across deployments.
• Stay current with generative AI advances and apply best practices to DoW deployments.
• Develop content and present briefings to senior government leaders.
• Manage and respond to user tickets.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
