Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Foundry AI Engineer with an active secret clearance to support a DoW customer in Belmont, VA. You will architect AI-enabled solutions on the Vantage platform and drive agentic AI initiatives across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams, integrate models with ontology and pipelines, and lead IPTs while briefing senior DoD leaders. This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Strong background in agentic AI, autonomous agents, or multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency with Python or Typescript.
• Experience with Palantir Vantage, ADVANA, or similar data analytics platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data modeling, ontology design, and pipeline orchestration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience developing or launching an Agentic AI solution for an organization, preferably DoD.

Responsibilities

Job description

Location: Belmont, VA Salary: $85.00 USD Hourly – $95.00 USD Hourly Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Foundry AI Engineer with an active secret clearance to support a DoW customer.

Active secret or top secret required

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement AI integrated applications for enterprise use cases within the Vantage platform.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proven experience building and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, PaLM) in production environments.
• Strong background in agentic AI, autonomous agents, or multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency with Python or Typescript.
• Experience working with Palantir Vantage, ADVANA, or similar data analytics platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data modeling, ontology design, and pipeline orchestration in Vantage and/or ADVANA.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience developing or launching an Agentic AI solution for an organization preferable DoW

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

• Prior work integrating AI/ML models with enterprise data platforms, especially within government or DoW networks.
• Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or AI workflow automation.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and responsible AI practices in enterprise settings.
• Proficiency with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with DoW (DoD) ADVANA.
• Experience with Palantir MAVEN.
