Job summary

Founders Pledge in San Francisco hires a Senior Community Manager to deepen relationships with the SF member base, reporting to the Head of Community. This role centers on relationship-building, private 1:1 meetings, intimate gatherings, and representing member needs to FP teams.

You'll host and curate events, foster founder connections, and shape FP's Bay Area presence. We're seeking someone entrepreneurial, multi-tasking, and passionate about long-term community development.

Qualifications

• High-Touch Relationship Management with senior or HNW individuals.
• Strong communication in 1:1 and group settings.
• Emotional intelligence with rapid trust-building.
• Resilience and entrepreneurial mindset for long-term development.
• Strategic thinking for prioritizing a large member portfolio.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a trusted portfolio of SF-based members with regular 1:1 touchpoints.
• Represent FP externally in Bay Area communications and events.
• Lead invitation strategy and host Bay Area events.
• Collaborate with Comms, Programming, Growth, Fundraising, and Advisory teams.
• Maintain detailed member records for a holistic view.
• Develop the Bay Area engagement strategy and nurture in-person connections.
