Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with leadership roles and experience working with boards of directors.

• Demonstrated leadership, relationship management, and ability to guide client foundations.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and governance capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to board of directors and foundation leadership for multiple client foundations.
• Manage relationships and workflow for several foundations while managing client expectations.
• Coordinate with PFS senior management to align client expectations with services provided.
• Maintain client confidentiality in all communications.
