MasterTech in Newtown, PA is seeking an experienced Foundation Construction Superintendent/Manager to oversee deep foundation and heavy civil projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. You will lead field crews and subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction and deep foundation work.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership supervising field crews, subcontractors, and multiple phases of construction.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and project performance.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA requirements, QA/QC processes, and construction best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deep foundation and heavy civil construction projects in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors across multiple project phases.
