Job summary

Reveal seeks a Senior Software Implementation Engineer (Forward Deployed) to lead enterprise deployments from architecture through go-live in customer-hosted environments. This is a customer-facing delivery role bridging Reveal’s cloud-native capabilities with client environments.

The role requires strong Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure-as-code expertise, plus the ability to engage enterprise customers across all deployment phases. Remote with Illinois hybrid option.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role leading deployments.
• 8+ years in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or software deployment with senior ownership.
• Deep Kubernetes experience across AWS, Azure, and bare-metal clusters.
• Strong experience with Helm charts and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and scripting (GitHub Actions, Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise deployments from architecture to go-live.
• Define technical architecture, sizing, and deployment strategy for complex environments.
• Deploy and configure Reveal Private Deployment environments across private cloud and bare-metal.
• Serve as Tier-3 escalation point and root-cause owner for deployments.
• Develop deployment standards, reference architectures, and runbooks.
