Job summary

Revel is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy our hardware‑aware software at customer sites, writing RevelCode and building dashboards while forming deep technical partnerships with engineering teams.

This role is highly technical and field‑oriented, with 2–4 years of post‑college engineering experience required, and a travel expectation of 30–50% across California and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of post‑college engineering experience; ME, EE or Physics background preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in test engineering, embedded systems, robotics, aerospace or automotive hardware.
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, or Python and understanding of hardware/software interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end deployment of Revel at customer sites, connecting to test stands and sensors.
• Build deep technical relationships with customers; understand goals and expand Revel partnership.
• Embed with customer teams onsite; write RevelCode, build dashboards, and deliver training.
• Translate field learnings into product feedback with the Head of Product.
• Travel 30–50% to customer sites, primarily California, with broader travel.
