Job summary

SalesPatriot is seeking a hands-on, customer-facing senior engineer who will embed with customers across Wisconsin, New York, Miami, and Los Angeles during weekdays, with weekends spent at the SF HQ for debriefs and ongoing development. You will map how the client operates, identify growth blockers, and configure automations in SP Studio to reflect their needs.

You will own the technical direction with executives and IT, mentor or manage engineers on your accounts, and drive enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• Experience owning customer-facing technical work with demonstrable results.
• Ability to set technical direction with customer executives and IT.
• Mentored or managed engineers; responsible for achieving account outcomes.
• Strong full-stack capabilities with TypeScript and frontend frameworks; able to ship production code weekly.

Responsibilities

• Go to customer sites and understand current operations to map bottlenecks.
• Implement automations within SP Studio to reflect customer needs.
• Lead Field Deployment Engineers and guide account outcomes to scale operations.
• Collaborate with customers’ executives and procurement to align on priorities.
