Job summary

Endava is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Delta) to lead Palantir Foundry deployments in healthcare. You will architect and deliver enterprise-grade solutions, mentor engineers, and drive strategic technical direction across complex kidney care engagements.

You will collaborate with client teams and executives, combining technical excellence with operational leadership to transform healthcare workflows and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, data engineering or consulting; 2+ years building Palantir Foundry solutions.
• Strong programming in Python, SQL, TypeScript and/or Java; PySpark, Pandas, Polars and DuckDB for large data engineering.
• Deep Foundry Ontology knowledge and OSDK development.
• Production-grade batch, streaming, and CDC data pipelines experience; Pipeline Builder/Connectors.
• UI development with Workshop, OSDK, React/TypeScript/Python; custom widgets and workflows.
• GCP services: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions; enterprise networking.
• Data governance and HIPAA-compliant data handling with security controls.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

• Serve as technical leader at the intersection of Palantir Foundry capabilities and healthcare data engagements.
• Architect enterprise-grade solutions, deploy applications, and mentor engineers.
• Shapet technical strategy across healthcare ecosystems and operations.
• Collaborate with client teams and executives to translate needs into scalable Foundry solutions.
