You will build data pipelines, write production Python, and interact directly with high-value customers, while collaborating with engineers, account managers, and PMs to shape our product and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with customer-facing track record.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation and API integrations.
• Experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses for data analysis.
• Outstanding technical communication and ability to lead customer interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Travel up to frequent (1–2 times per quarter) domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers by architecting data pipelines for complex geospatial data.
• Develop features in Python and translate product requirements into roadmaps.
• Design software solutions and integrations delivering immediate value.
• Collaborate with engineers, account managers, domain experts, and PMs.
• Lead technical onboarding and ensure successful customer adoption.
