About The Role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Commure, you'll play a crucial role in collaborating directly with healthcare clients, understanding their needs, and actively participating in the design and implementation of customized solutions. What You’ll Do

• Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client site, build on site, and demo.
• Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings.
• Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem‑solving during deployment and integration phases.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals.
• Support our development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry.
• Help identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation.
• Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance.

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional software development experience or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of full‑stack engineering principles and system design.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Javascript, React, and SQL.
• Experience building 0-1 products
• Demonstrated strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Eagerness to collaborate and ability to engage confidently with clients.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused healthcare environment.

Compensation Range: $180K - $230K
