About The Role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Commure, you’ll play a crucial role in collaborating directly with healthcare clients, understanding their needs, and actively participating in the design and implementation of customized solutions. What You’ll Do

• Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client site, build on site, and demo.
• Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings.
• Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem‑solving during deployment and integration phases.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals.
• Support our development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry.
• Help identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation.
• Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance.
• Keep informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and regulations to help propose relevant solutions.

What You Have
