Supervity is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to lead production-grade AI solutions for enterprise customers, turning complex business problems into scalable architectures.

You will work directly with customers, run workshops, take solutions from prototyping through deployment, and help shape reusable platform capabilities across the Supervity stack.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Senior FDE) to lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI solutions for enterprise customers.

You will work directly with customers to understand complex business problems, turn them into technical solutions, and take those solutions from architecture and rapid prototyping through production deployment.

Working closely with Technical Product Managers, Product, and Engineering, you will act as the technical owner across customer engagements while helping create reusable capabilities across the Supervity platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI implementations from technical discovery and architecture through deployment and production support.
• Design and build production-grade solutions using LLMs, AI agents, APIs, workflow orchestration, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
• Lead customer workshops, technical discussions, solution demonstrations, and implementation reviews.
• Turn ambiguous requirements into high-quality POCs and MVPs with speed.
• Troubleshoot complex challenges across AI models, integrations, workflows, and production environments.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, scalability, cost, and maintainability.
• Mentor Forward Deployed Engineers and establish reusable implementation patterns and engineering best practices.
• Bring customer feedback and deployment learnings back to Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs and modern AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, backend systems, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI or software applications.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Ability to operate with high ownership and minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, Google ADK, Gemini, OpenAI APIs, MCP, or comparable AI frameworks and platforms.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar applications.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Previous experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or another customer-facing engineering role.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical delivery across enterprise engagements.
