Qualifications

• Mentor customer and partner teams, fostering technical proficiency in Super.AI’s capabilities, integrations, and workflow automation best practices.
• Demonstrate strong technical acumen across APIs, databases, and enterprise integration patterns, always with an eye toward simplicity, innovation, and long‑term success.
• Support customer workshops and deployments with professionalism and enthusiasm; occasional travel may be required.

About the Role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success—helping our clients deploy intelligent document automation at scale. You’ll lead technical discovery, design solutions, and drive end‑to‑end implementation of Super.AI’s platform, working directly with enterprise customers to ensure they unlock maximum value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops with enterprise customers, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable architectures.
• Architect, configure, and deploy intelligent document automation solutions using Super.AI’s platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Act as both a trusted technical advisor and hands‑on builder, guiding customers with confidence while directly contributing to solution delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, channeling customer insights into meaningful enhancements that shape Super.AI’s roadmap.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise engagements, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and change requests with professionalism and care.
