Job summary

Doka USA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee formwork projects from conception to completion from our Loma Linda, CA location. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑quality formwork solutions that meet project goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an added bonus.
• Proven experience in project engineering and management within the construction industry, focused on formwork projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and building codes.
• Proficiency in CAD and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of formwork projects, including scheduling, resources, and budget management.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine requirements and risks.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for materials and resources.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with designs and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits for safety and workmanship.
• Manage client communications and change requests proactively.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings and calculations.
