Doka USA in California seeks a Senior Project Engineer to oversee formwork projects from conception to completion. Based in Loma Linda, you will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, compliant, and high‑quality formwork solutions.
You will review drawings, provide engineering guidance, and manage client communications while upholding safety standards and project objectives. PE is a bonus; Bachelor's in Civil Eng required.

As a Senior Project Engineer at Doka USA, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of formwork projects from conception to completion. Leveraging your expertise in structural engineering, project management, and leadership, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality formwork solutions that meet project objectives, adhere to safety standards, and exceed client expectations. This will be based out of our Loma Linda, CA branch and will report into our Engineering Manager.
In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, Doka USA Ltd. is committed to providing a clear and equitable compensation structure. The salary for this position will be up to $85,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
This range represents the base pay for the position and does not include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or other forms of compensation. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and in accordance with internal equity and market data.
