Qualifications

• 5+ years of formulation experience in pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical product development.
• Hands-on experience with formulation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop formulations for oral solid dosage forms.
• Manage multiple formulation projects and deliver results on time.
• Write protocols and product development reports.
• Provide process improvement support.

Skills

Knowledge of cGMPs, US FDA, and EU/EMEA regulatory requirements

Strong project management skills

Effective oral and written communication

Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to troubleshoot formulation issues

Willingness to learn new technologies

Education

MS required; Ph.D. preferred
