Job summary

Blueland is seeking a Sr. Formulation Manager in Boca Raton, FL to lead product formulation across the portfolio and support scale-up at contract manufacturers. You will evolve our formulation process to prioritize efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost, reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer.

You will work cross-functionally to bring concepts to commercialization, scout new chemistries, and optimize formulas for the next generation of household cleaning and personal care products.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
• 7+ years of formulation experience in household cleaning and/or personal care.
• Strong understanding of household cleaning chemistry and process engineering.
• Bench-top lab skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation strategy across the product portfolio to drive value.
• Collaborate with the Chief Innovation Officer to move concepts to commercialization.
• Scout new chemistries or technologies for the innovation team.
• Optimize formulas for efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost.
• Partner with suppliers, manufacturing, regulatory, and sustainability teams.
