Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is searching for a senior cybersecurity professional to implement and operate next generation security solutions for government and commercial clients. Qualifications

• Windows or Linux systems administration with 10+ years of experience including troubleshooting, installation, monitoring and security upgrades.
• Deployment or daily maintenance of ForeScout CounterACT appliances.
• Experience architecting and designing IP networks and documenting network topologies.
• Experience with network engineering including switches, LANs, VLANs, and firewall appliances; Active Directory and related services.
• Knowledge of multidomain architectures including data center, WAN, and LAN in virtualized environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years, Bachelor’s with 8+ years, or Master’s with 6+ years of IT project experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CCNP Security) within 30 days of start date.
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with teams and communicates security complexities to diverse audiences including senior management.
• Manages infrastructure and cybersecurity controls with enhanced detection and vulnerability capabilities.
• Contributes to risk and vulnerability assessments across network, system, and application areas; leverages big data analytics for threat identification.
