Job summary

Walker Consultants is seeking a Senior Forensic Consultant to lead and expand its forensic engineering/architectural practice. You will manage complex projects, develop client relationships, and mentor the next generation of consultants.

The role emphasizes growth of the practice, marketing leadership, and high-value client support across Chicago and Hoffman Estates, IL. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural/MEP Engineering; licensure in Illinois is preferred.
• 8+ years of forensic experience with leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to grow a forensic practice through business development and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Attain annual revenue and profit objectives for forensic services.
• Cultivate and oversee growth of the forensic team.
• Engage in advisory meetings and support staff to enhance performance.
• Sustain relationships with essential clients and secure future work.
• Initiate project leads and pursue them to completion.
• Craft proposals and negotiate for additional services.
• Oversee project progress and budgets; provide technical client support.
