Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
• California Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
• 8+ years of structural engineering and forensics/restoration project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Structural Forensics and Restoration projects.
• Maintain high standards and timelines to ensure project success.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources.
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships for growth.
• Drive business development to exceed sales, revenue, and profit targets.
• Approve budgets and proposals aligned with goals.
• Mentor staff and assist recruitment to grow the team.
