You will perform claims analysis, schedule delay, and damages assessments, and prepare expert work products for mediation, arbitration, and litigation, while guiding junior team members and contributing to business development.

• Experience performing claims analysis, schedule delay, damages quantification, and expert work product for litigation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, review documents, and support senior staff.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead claims and forensic analysis engagements for owners, contractors, and subs.
• Prepare preliminary findings and deliverables for mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Create demonstratives to convey findings to stakeholders.
• Provide progress updates to engagement leads and managers.
• Support business development and client presentations at industry events.
