Job summary

Spire Consulting Group LLC is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead forensic and dispute resolution engagements for owners, contractors, and subcontractors across multiple AEC sectors. You will perform claims analysis, schedule delay, and damages assessments, producing expert work products for mediation, arbitration, and litigation, while guiding junior team members and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in project controls (time, cost, and risk).
• Experience in claims analysis, schedule delay, and damages assessments.
• Ability to draft preliminary findings for mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Contribute to talent acquisition and firm strategy.

Responsibilities

• Perform various technical analyses including changed work, delay, acceleration, and damages.
• Manage, review, and analyze project documents.
• Evaluate project planning, cost management, and schedule development.
• Conduct legal and industry standards research.
• Validate data compilation by junior staff.
• Draft findings for client meetings and expert-witness use.
• Create demonstrative aids to convey findings to stakeholders.
• Provide progress updates to engagement leads.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on technical tasks.
• Ensure QA/QC guideline application across reports.
• Support client presentations and industry networking.
• Contribute to ongoing firm strategy and growth.
