Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and develop crew members, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the construction site, including scheduling, planning, and coordinating work activities such as ordering materials, tools and equipment deliveries for the job
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor, equipment, and materials
• Inspect work performed to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly and effectively
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project ManagerEnsure all equipment and tools are used properly and maintained in good working condition
