Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative to support international security cooperation by reviewing, coordinating, and facilitating the release of classified information to foreign governments, international partners, and coalition organizations.

You will work with program offices, security teams, engineering, and government stakeholders to ensure compliance with National Disclosure Policy, DoD directives, and program-specific security requirements.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in foreign disclosure or related security programs.
• Experience interpreting and applying government policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of foreign disclosure principles and information release processes.
• Familiarity with aircraft systems, defense acquisition programs, or military operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process foreign disclosure requests for compliance with DoD and program requirements.
• Analyze classified information to determine releasability to foreign governments and partners.
• Coordinate with program offices, engineers, security personnel, and government stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on National Disclosure Policy and release authorization requirements.
• Prepare disclosure recommendations and staffing documentation for government review.
• Support international programs and security cooperation initiatives.
• Maintain records and documentation of disclosure actions.
• Participate in meetings and program reviews involving international engagement.
• Review technical and program information for disclosure considerations and security risks.
• Develop reports and briefing materials related to foreign disclosure activities.
• Collaborate with security, export compliance, and program management to align requirements.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.
