Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Foreign Disclosure Support Analyst to provide senior-level foreign disclosure review and coordination for a DoD-DoD program in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution across government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; active Secret clearance preferred.
• Master’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s with 14 years of experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in foreign disclosure, international programs, security analysis, or DoD support functions.
• Strong analytical, written communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support for foreign disclosure reviews, documentation, coordination, and action tracking.
• Review disclosure packages, correspondence, decision records, reports, and materials for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to support timely resolution of actions.
• Maintain and update disclosure trackers, records, briefings, and recurring reporting products.
• Support meetings, data calls, leadership updates, and working groups related to foreign disclosure activities.
• Identify documentation gaps, process risks, and opportunities to improve foreign disclosure support execution.
