Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor/Associate/HS level with 2+ years of digital product management experience and leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate digital strategy into product visions, roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
• Understand customer decisions and planning challenges across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and R&D.
• Frame complex problems as product opportunities using forecasting, optimization, and AI-enabled decision support.
