Job summary

Ford Dealership is seeking a Master Technician to perform a wide range of mechanical services, diagnose complex issues, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires Ford and ASE certifications, strong diagnostic skills, and at least 5 years of automotive experience, with Master Technician certification preferred.

You will work in a fast-paced shop, follow manufacturer specs, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ford Certification.
• ASE Certification.
• Previous experience at a Ford dealership.
• Minimum of 5 years as Automotive Technician, Master Technician preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Provide accurate and detailed repair/service reports.
• Ensure work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Continuously update technical knowledge through training and certifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and address questions.
