Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

• Experience in foodservice equipment estimating is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Request and review foodservice equipment bid packages.
• Analyze drawings and construction docs to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Solicit and review pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist with vendor negotiations and value-engineering options.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Lead bids to increase win percentage and gross profit.
