Job summary

Culinary Depot is seeking a detail‑oriented Estimator to join our Foodservice Construction team in New York. You will analyze drawings, specifications and contract documents to develop competitive project proposals and price equipment and materials.

The role emphasizes maintaining strong vendor and client relationships, ensuring bid documentation is complete, accurate and submitted on time. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in estimating, proficiency with AutoQuotes and reading construction

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience in estimating.
• Proficiency in AutoQuotes and reading construction drawings is strongly preferred.
• Excellent basic math and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with a professional and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• $75,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
