Qualifications

• 2 or more years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees involved in food operations (fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, casual dining and cafes).
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service and problem resolution.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time.
