Sodexo is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor at a SUNY Plattsburgh campus location to oversee daily food service operations, coordinate staff, and maintain high standards of safety and customer service. This role requires teamwork, adaptability, and strong reliability in a dynamic campus environment.

You will supervise a range of food service settings, from fast casual to events, ensuring quality and satisfaction for students and staff while maintaining compliance with safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight to management on-site coordinating routine work activities of service employees in food operations.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.
• Attend scheduled shifts punctually with regularity.
• Other duties as assigned based on client requirements.
