Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor at Clarke University on site in Dubuque. The role oversees daily food service operations across multiple areas, coordinating staff and ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will lead onboarding and training, work with customers to ensure satisfaction, and participate in shift coverage as needed. A valid driver’s license and previous supervisory experience are preferred.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 2 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
