Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Senior Food Supervisor at the University of Texas at Austin. You will oversee on-site food operations across fast casual, cafeterias, events, and cafes, coordinating staff and ensuring quality service.

You will work mornings and afternoons with varying days and some weekends/holidays, reporting to management and supporting safety and training initiatives while delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of key food service functions and staff.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Coordinate routine work activities of service employees across food operations.
• Attend shifts on time and support client requirements.
