Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor to lead on-site food service operations at ORAL ROBERTS UNIVERSITY. You will oversee routine work activities across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events and cafes under management direction.

We expect 2+ years of related experience with supervisory skills, and you will ensure a safe workplace, coordinate orientation/training, and collaborate with customers to maintain high quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to coordinate routine work activities on-site.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure quality, service and issue resolution.
• Attend shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client needs.
