Qualifications

• Experience in institutional or large-scale food service operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations, ensuring meals are prepared, served, and stored according to state regulations.
• Oversee a team of cooks and food service workers, providing training to ensure performance standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering food and supplies.
• Assist with budget tracking and revenue monitoring.
• Handle customer feedback and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas food safety, alcohol service, and labor laws.
• Assist with staff scheduling and timekeeping.
• Develop and implement menus considering dietary needs.
• Maintain equipment cleaning and safety standards.
