Sodexo is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor at UT Health Tyler to oversee daily food operations across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and cafes under management direction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring safety, coordinating training, and maintaining customer satisfaction with quality and service. The role requires reliable attendance and flexibility for shifts.

Competenze

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
