Qualifications

• High school diploma with approved apprenticeship and 5+ years lead experience.
• Strong analytical, computer, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance methods, terminology, materials, and equipment.
• Must be legally able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance and CMMS.
• EPA Section 608 refrigeration certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and communications to meet Nutrition Services needs and ensure smooth activities.
• Oversee general maintenance and repairs; ensure proper installation, repair, and replacement of parts.
• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate work orders; develop proactive maintenance schedules.
• Inspect buildings, facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and plan projects.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems and ensure proper operation.
• Assist in planning and implementing construction and renovation projects.
• Maintain energy management data and CMMS records; monitor uptime and reliability.
