Culinary Services Group (CSG) is hiring a FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR in Bridgeton, MO to oversee daily foodservice operations, including production, budgeting, procurement, and team leadership while engaging clients and ensuring program excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge; preference for a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years at management level in upscale food service. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight to ten years upscale food service experience, including six years at the management level.
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning.
• Proven track record to achieve company goals in compliance with company/client policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Supervisory, scheduling, training and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus.

• Develop and implement food and nutrition programs to exceed expectations, fostering team growth and service quality.
