The role involves overseeing food safety performance across retail locations, developing strategies for compliance, and managing a team of Food Safety Specialists. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in FSQA with increasing management responsibilities.
• Active credential in one or more: CP-FS, REHS, RS.
• Must reside within area coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage food safety performance across retail locations.
• Build and lead a team of Food Safety Specialists.
• Develop and manage KPI’s for safety compliance.

Skills

Expert comprehension level of 2017 (or 2022) FDA Retail Food Code

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Diligent and highly organized

Ability to travel up to 75%

Education

Bachelor's degree in related science/discipline
