Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior Application Engineer specializing in sanitary process equipment for the food and beverage sector. This onsite role supports clients across multiple facilities in the U.S., providing expert guidance on equipment sizing, selection, and integration.

You will lead technical reviews, coordinate with sales teams, and help quantify quotes while maintaining strict sanitary standards and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of process engineering in sanitary processes with pumps and valves.
• Strong knowledge of process design, sanitary equipment, and fluid systems.
• Annual bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical reviews, present equipment recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary technical resource across project lifecycles.
• Support customers in sizing and selection of equipment that best aligns with process goals and sanitary standards.
• Review client specifications, P&IDs, and drawings to understand requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with plant managers, engineers, and project teams to identify efficient, cost-effective equipment solutions.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Generate pricing quotations for equipment from vendors and in-house capabilities.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales Team with quotations as needed.
