Job summary

Pulsejobs in Wrightstown, Wisconsin seeks a Product Solutions Engineer to design innovative process equipment for the food processing and sanitary industries. You will act as the primary technical liaison between customers, sales partners, and internal teams, turning complex requirements into efficient, cost-effective layouts and installations.

You will lead projects from initial engagement through installation support, manage budgets, and ensure performance and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, automation or related field.
Over 10 years of experience in food production layout and design development.
Over 5 years leading product integration initiatives.
3-5 years in food and beverage, and sanitary industries.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for product line layout problems.
Lead design initiatives from conception through commercialization.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and partners for project success.
Manage projects from initial contact through installation assistance.
Provide preliminary drawings and budget estimates.
Coordinate with design, estimating and PM teams.
Conceptualize and develop custom equipment layouts.
Create 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software.
Develop templates to streamline layouts and documentation.
Identify opportunities for prototypes and testing with customer feedback.
Lead continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
