This role plans, coordinates, and delivers engineering initiatives within schedule and budget. The Senior Project Engineer will drive cross-functional activities across operations, safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring seamless integration of new facilities, processes, equipment and utilities in a food production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years in operations with challenging environmental health and safety aspects.
• Experience managing third party resources to deliver business results.
• Knowledge of the company's environmental health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate and direct activities of fixed-duration projects within timeframe and budget.
• Execute project strategies in areas such as agriculture, marketing or manufacturing.
• Monitor project progress, assess issues and recommend resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Review status of projects and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare status reports.
