Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Senior Technician, Facility Services, Food Equipment to diagnose, repair and maintain commercial food equipment across Walmart stores. You will perform preventative maintenance and support store operations.

The role requires trades experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry or material handling equipment), a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license with clean MVR required.
• Trade certification with 5 years in plumbing, electrical, MHE, or related trade, or 7 years of experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment and assets using multiple crafts.
• Utilize the work order system to receive and document repairs and repairs.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate and test equipment and systems.
