Responsibilities
- Manage front of house supervisory team and staff.
- Direct and manage schedules and work assignments; provide daily oversight of assigned management personnel and their actions.
- Assign and perform duties associated with recruiting and staffing.
- Administer the Food & Beverage performance evaluation process and related documentation to include writing, reviewing, submitting and approving.
- Coordinate and/or provide training to managers, supervisors and front-line staff.
- Monitor overall operations and suggest/initiate/implement improvement ideas.
- Review and coordinate the suggestions by managers and supervisors pertaining to special events and functions involving other departments and agencies.
- Develop training materials and manuals and provide training related to food and alcohol procedures, administrative procedures, safety, documentation, etc.
- Identify and incorporate information and procedures into training to meet regulatory and Company requirements.
- Ensure personnel adhere to State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and potentially intoxicated guests.
- Act in relation to employees, customers, and/or general public in a manner consistent with the best interests of the Company.
- Implement, enforce and adhere to Company and Departmental policies and procedures and safety standards.
- Coordinate Micros changes and programming in the Food and Beverage Department.
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
