The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of electrical engineering experience, possess a strong background in automation and controls, and demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities. This role involves significant project management responsibilities, compliance with safety policies, and requires flexibility for about 30% travel for project sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience, preferred in EPC projects.
• Proven experience leading discipline design for large projects.
• Must be able to travel and obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).

Responsibilities

• Lead design for all automation and controls scope on assigned projects.
• Manage a team of automation engineers and coordinate with project teams.
• Oversee commissioning and startup activities, ensuring quality reviews.
