Job summary

McBride is seeking a qualified program manager for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs based at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role emphasizes scheduling, acquisition planning, and coordination with U.S. and international partners.

Responsibilities include supporting PARs, IMS reviews, and program reviews, with travel to overseas locations as required. Candidates need US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, plus DoD experience.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Active Secret clearance.
• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of DoD/related experience, or 7 years of directly related DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and IMS-related tasks using MS Project.
• Prepare program status briefings and support PARs, senior reviews, and IMS reviews.
• Assist with acquisition planning: SOO/SOW/PWS, RFP planning and document prep.
• Handle FMS-specific activities: in-country subcontractors, SAF/IA interfaces, DSCA.
• Prepare LOA data and manpower requirements using mandated systems (SAMRS/DSAMS).
• Travel overseas to potentially hazardous locations as needed.
• Coordinate with primes, subs, and foreign suppliers for program execution.
• Present program updates to customers in country; respond to in-country inquiries.
