Gnostech, LLC is seeking a Senior FMS Human Resource Specialist to manage HR processes and support personnel administration for Foreign Military Sales operations in Arlington, VA. This full-time role includes providing high-level HR support, developing resource management processes, and analyzing manpower plans. Responsibilities

• Provide high-level human resources support for FMS operations.
• Perform integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities.
• Develop and implement a formalized resource management process.
• Perform continuous analysis of manpower plans.
• Manage the in-processing and out-processing of personnel.

Skills

Knowledge of FMS processes and HR/manpower regulations

Understanding of workforce planning and manpower allocation processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office products

Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-stakeholder, international environment

Education

BA/BS degree

10 years of experience providing human resources support within an FMS environment

AA/AS degree accepted with 5 years of experience

GED/Diploma accepted with 10 years of experience
