Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks an FMS Acquisition Manager to support planning, development and management of an effective systems support strategy at Robins AFB. This is a full-time role requiring extensive DoD experience and a current Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include applying FMS SA expertise, ensuring compliance with DoD processes, and coordinating resource requirements for acquisition logistics. Eligible candidate must be a US citizen with a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in acquisitions including at least 3 years in a DoD environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of USAF acquisition regulations and DoD 5000.2 Series.
• Experience with DoD and DoD security systems.
• US citizenship and current Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge in FMS SA, technology transfer, disclosure and releasability, export/import compliance, risk management, program/project management, and logistics support/sustainment.
• Assist in maintaining and updating program/project management documents, developing standard plans and operating instructions/procedures, financial management, identifying, assessing, and documenting acquisition and acquisition logistics resource requirements.
